Move9ja
Move9ja is a digital product offering airport pickup, interstate ride, and flight booking services — with an in-built affiliate program and digital wallet system. I led the product design from the ground up.

Problem
Mobility platforms in Nigeria were disjointed — rides, flights, and referrals were all on separate systems. I saw an opportunity to unify everything under one smooth, intuitive experience, built for mobile-first users.
Competitor Analysis
I studied platforms like Shuttlers, Plentywaka, and Wakanow, noting key pain points:
Poor onboarding experience
Lack of incentive structures
Inconsistent booking flows
This inspired the direction for a cleaner UX, faster bookings, and viral growth via referrals.
Moodboard
To reflect energy and trust, I created a moodboard combining:
Clean white backgrounds
Bold accent colors for buttons and CTAs
Friendly iconography and illustrations
Inspiration drawn from Bolt, Uber, and emerging fintech dashboards
Design Iteration
Over multiple rounds:
Reworked the booking flows to reduce steps
Tested card-based dashboards for affiliate and wallet UX
Refined icons, spacing, and button hierarchy to match clarity-first goals
Design Kit & Delivery
A design kit was built in Figma with:
Text styles (H1–Body–Caption)
Color tokens
Button components
Icons & reusable layouts
This helped maintain consistency across all 20+ screens.
Outcome
Move9ja now has a complete design foundation for launch — with ride, flight, and referral growth tools built in. It’s ready for dev execution, funding, or stakeholder pitches.
Final Delivery
The final handoff included:
Full Figma file with organized pages
Interactive prototype (flow from home → booking → referral dashboard)
Component system for future dev handoff
