Wiamove
Wiamove is a rebranded and expanded version of Move9ja — a digital mobility platform that allows users to book interstate travel, logistics, vehicle hire, and on-demand transport services from one unified system. I led the full product redesign, transitioning the platform from a local Nigerian brand into a modern, scalable mobility ecosystem ready for international expansion.

Problem
Move9ja had traction, but the brand and product experience limited its growth:
The visual identity felt local and inconsistent
The website lacked trust and clarity
Services (logistics, transport, hire) felt fragmented
The UI didn’t match the ambition of becoming a global platform
To scale beyond Nigeria, the platform needed a new name, new visual system, and a product experience that felt enterprise-ready.
Competitor Analysis
Before redesigning Move9ja into Wiamove, I analyzed leading mobility and logistics platforms to understand how modern transport products position themselves globally.

Uber
Bolt
FlixBus
GIG Mobility
Sendbox
DHL Express
What I noticed
Most successful platforms focus on three things:
Clarity of service — users instantly understand what they can book
Trust signals — clean UI, strong typography, and structured layouts
Speed — booking flows feel light and frictionless
Move9ja lacked these qualities. Services were buried, branding was inconsistent, and the UI didn’t communicate scale or reliability.
This insight shaped Wiamove into a platform that feels:
Global
Fast
Enterprise-ready
Moodboard
The Wiamove moodboard focused on:
Movement & flow — diagonal layouts, motion-based UI
Trust & infrastructure — solid typography, balanced spacing
Modern mobility — maps, route visuals, vehicle imagery
Global brand feel — neutral colors with confident accents
The goal was to move away from “local transport startup” into “international mobility network.
Design Iteration
Over multiple rounds:
Reworked the booking flows to reduce steps
Tested card-based dashboards for affiliate and wallet UX
Refined icons, spacing, and button hierarchy to match clarity-first goals
Design Kit & Delivery
A design kit was built in Figma with:
Text styles (H1–Body–Caption)
Color tokens
Button components
Icons & reusable layouts
This helped maintain consistency across all 20+ screens.
Outcome
I helped reposition Move9ja into Wiamove, a clean, modern mobility brand.
My work focused on:
Re-architecting the platform into a unified mobility system
Creating a brand-aligned UI that works for both local and global users
Designing a website that communicates trust, scale, and reliability
Making the booking and service discovery flows faster and clearer
The result was a product that feels less like a startup and more like a serious transport infrastructure platform.
Final Delivery
The final handoff included:
Full Figma file with organized pages
Interactive prototype (flow from home → booking → referral dashboard)
Component system for future dev handoff
